Pause or remove my listing

• How do I pause or remove my listing?

  If you don’t want to receive any enquiries or requests, you can either pause or remove your listing.

  Temporarily pause your listing

  To change your profile invisible to the public and stop receiving booking requests:

  1. Go to Homestay Services
  2. Click Edit on the property that you’d like to pause or remove
  3. A new window or tab will open for you to edit your specific profile
  4. At the Listing Settings page, you are able to see the status of your listing. Click the Pause button. Then your listing will be paused. You have the option to resume the listing in future when you start looking for a student again.

  Permanently remove your listing

  To delete your listing from homadorma:

  1. Go to Homestay Services
  2. Click Edit on the property that you’d like to pause or remove
  3. A new window or tab will open for you to edit your specific profile
  4. At the Listing Settings page, you are able to see the status of your listing. Click the Remove button. Then your listing will be deleted. The deleted listing cannot be recovered.

• How do I deactivate my account on Homadorma?

  If you don’t wish to host on Homadorma. You may deactivate your account.

  To deactivate your account on Homadorma:

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Click Edit on the property that you’d like to upload your photos
  3. Click the Deactivate button. Then your account will be deactivated, and you will permanently lose access to Homadorma. None of your listing or service can be recovered
